Honest answers before your family chooses a tree.

We keep the promise simple: flowering first, records visible, payment only when the tree and delivery plan are clear. These are the questions families usually ask before joining the next season.

Questions families ask before they join the next mango season

Tap a question to expand the answer. The language is direct because trust starts before booking.

Do I pay at registration?

No. Sharing your interest is free. You can choose a preferred variety and leave your details without making a payment. We talk about pricing only after flowering, orchard condition, and delivery planning are clear.

Are trees available now?

No. This season is fully booked. The next pre-booking window opens in November 2026 for the February-June mango season, after the orchard team reviews flowering.

When does booking open?

Booking opens only after a tree has shown real flowering confidence. Until then, joining the waitlist is free and there is no advance charge.

Which mango varieties are handled?

The next-season catalogue covers Kesar, Safeda, Alphonso, Totapuri, Chausa, Langda, Dussehri, and exclusive Desi varieties. A variety is listed only when the orchard is confident about the tree and season.

Is this land ownership?

No. RentMangoTree is a seasonal mango tree rental, not land ownership. Kisaanu works through model farms and trusted partner farms, orchards, and tree clusters so families can follow a real tree without entering a land arrangement.

What do families receive after booking?

Families receive a tree identity, booking summary, orchard context, fruiting window, support status, photos where available, and season updates. Depending on the tree and season, the journey can also include watering notes, care inputs, drone shots, and signed records.

How do photos, videos, and family updates work?

After booking, the family follows the same tree through photos, orchard views, drone or video shots when available, care notes, watering updates, and delivery-stage messages. The exact media depends on weather, orchard conditions, and the stage of the tree.

What happens if the season changes or a tree is not ready?

If flowering is weak or the tree is not ready for delivery, the tree is not opened for payment. The plan follows the orchard reality instead of forcing a promise before the crop is ready.

Can one family book multiple trees?

Yes. One family can book up to 5 trees. That keeps support personal while still allowing a household to choose across varieties, orchards, or harvest windows.

Can I cancel later?

Before fruiting starts, cancellation is simple under the signed plan. Once fruiting begins, cancellation and support depend on the tree stage, harvest planning, and any active replacement terms.

Can I gift a booking to someone else?

Yes. A booking can be made for another family member or given as a gift, subject to basic identity and support checks when booking is activated. The tree record can be linked to the person receiving the updates.

What if fresh photos or videos are not available every time?

Fresh media depends on weather, access, and the tree stage. If a fresh photo or drone shot is not possible in a particular update cycle, the record can still continue through orchard notes and stage updates.

How is pricing decided?

Pricing follows real orchard care, tree condition, and delivery planning. The idea is to avoid charging families for fruit that has not reached a believable stage.

How do I contact support?

You can call +91 9598 547226 from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM, or write to info@kisaanu.com. Support can help with the waitlist, variety choice, tree records, and booking follow-up.
