Terms of Service
RentMangoTree plans follow the season. Final booking depends on flowering, orchard condition, supported delivery routes, and the tree being ready for your family.
Tree Selection
A tree is opened for booking only after the orchard team reviews flowering, variety availability, tree condition, and the season ahead.
Family Limit
One family can book up to 5 trees. This keeps support personal while still allowing a household to choose across varieties and harvest windows.
Payment Timing
Pricing and payment details are shared only when the selected tree, fruiting window, and delivery stage are clear.
Updates and Records
Photos, orchard notes, videos, and family records are shared based on the season stage, weather, and field availability.
Cancellation
No-questions-asked cancellation is available before mangoes are fruited. After fruiting starts, support depends on tree stage and harvest planning.
Replacement Support
Replacement or support decisions follow the signed plan, tree condition, field records, and seasonal constraints.
